Incline barbell x 4 sets
Incline flies x 3 sets
Pec deck x 4 sets
Tri's
Rope pushdowns x 4 sets
Cable kickbacks x 4 sets
Close grip bench press x 4 sets
Loving my mood, the way i feel and look, and the compliments I'm getting. My gf never says anything she even mentioned i looked huge today!!! Gains comin!!
