Ok i didn't make it to the gym yesterday but i went today and did legs. I also started pinning right again (mon, wed, fri) and i started the primo ace tabs.
I'm going to add 75mg of primo tabs in on workout days until they're gone. I worked out legs and shoulders today. I'm doing horrible at bringing a log book but i did
Squats
Lunges
Iso extensions
Hamstring curls
Calf raises

For shoulders
Dumbbell presses
Dumbbell raises
Shrugs
Cable shoulder extensions
