Very interesting. I can the points that he makes. Through my career I can see this theory on a daily basis and he is absolutely correct. I never really thought about it but when children are growing through those first 7yrs, and more so the very early years, children learn through observation via their parents, brothers, sisters and other family members. I have nieces and nephews that are in that age range and we(my wife and I) are a big part of their lives. We always take them for lunch, to the mall, to the playground, etc., and they always observe others and ask questions on why those other people do what they do. They are definitely learning through observation of others.
