Dumbell rows: 1 x 9 to failure
Seated rows: 1 x 8 to failure
Deadlifts: 1 x 6 total failure!
That was a good one and man did it hurt!!!
Rest day tomorrow and next jab: 500mg Test E and 400mg of Equipose.
