CC is back in the gym!
After being out of the gym for a while due to injury, I have finally made it back!
I will be keeping a log of what I'm doing - Training, Diet, Gear etc.
I train Krav Maga 3 to 4 times a week and will be in the gym 3 days a week.
I do reverse pyramid training as I've always found this to be the best way of training.
Started back today so took it fairly easy -
Warm up - 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
Deadlift - 2 x 8
Over head press - 3 x 8
Headbusters - 2 x 10
I'm currently doing intermittent fasting at 16:8, I eat 3 times in that 8 hour period - Last meal of the day after training.
