start of week 4
feeling lot better this week ready to start pushing limits in the gym for me now
I haven't jumped on the scale this week as will probably will do every couple of weeks
from this week will now update more with food intake and training as feel finaly getting there
also have few pics took couple in gym and one just this Sunday in garden fat level isn't great and I know but not looking to resolve this at the moment that will come next year
