start December was end time
as come end of feb I hope to be start slowly stripping fat
and I haven't I just like to pick cycle and stick with it think its just better as the increase and decrease is where think worst part is emotionally so like to keep myself as level as possible all way
and with supplements I don't often use anything but had mate who gave up bodybuilding and does crossfit now I know the shame
and I had all hes suppliments off of him so im just going to use them during this cycle
