todays first session was hard
everything felt heavy so went light and just starting workout
flat barbell bench 5 sets 10-15 reps
incline plate loaded machine 4 sets 12reps
flat fly 3 sets 10reps
Lachine press sets 15 reps
dips 3 sets to failure
rope push down 3 sets 12 reps
skull crusher 3 sets 10 reps
went really easy on first one and felt like one of hardest ive done
also suppliments im only using intra workout hjave intra carbs and BCCAs and l glutamine in a mix during workout
that's it for now
also have to mention the gear
normally after a break the first few jabs can be sore but I am not feeling any pain from injection spots at all
also went in really smooth like to take time anyway but just seemed smother than normal and went it pretty fast
