Agreed.Diet is the main reason for failure with so many in the bbing and/or sports game.Having a diet that is bland,tasteless and boring takes the biggest toll on ones motivation and will kill it faster than anything else.
So by having a very tasteful healthy and easy diet,it makes it so much easier and actually encourages one to stay on their healthy diet goals.
