personally i would go for a straight bulk but make sure your macros
are something like 50/30/20
pr/carb/fat this way you should add minimal fat
also try to time your carb intake around your work outs if at the end you want to trim up add some cardio 30 mins after your work out
gear ...
front loading never really bothered with it personally i think its a waste.
if you want the gear to reach blood plasma levels faster use prop for the first for weeks
ie
1-4 30-50mgs dbol or 50mg abombs !!
1-4wks 150mgs eod prop
1-15wk 750mg sust
1-12wk 600mg/wk EQ
10-15wk 50mg ed ABOMBS
3-15wk 500 iu/wk of HCG
Skip the Winny and mast no place for it here if your going for bulk do it
