boom back to new week of training
and start of week 3 of cycle feeling good
diet at weekend was bit of more like cheat weekend with few take aways
blame the misses she had to work weekend shift and I was told to cook and take away saved a job fri and sat misses sunday dins though with apple crumble so defo ended up cheat weekend and to be honest I didn't even count any food
but back to strict now and tracking everything
training partner is really pushing me too
