critique training and suggestions
got training come up with for me and training mate hes main aim is to add size everywhere but very very needed on legs
im always wanting better legs and need some size around arms
we talked about and plan is 8-10 weeks of strength type training with legs split twice week
followed by 10x10 training
so sort of chucked this together and wondered what people thought

right when come to 10 x 10 I have never done and have no idea so any help would be great
really need to pack size on over next 20 weeks to be where I am aiming for next year
cycle along with this will be
test/deca 750/750mg
anadrol to start prob no higher that 100 as first time and no longer than 6 weeks hoping strength will be up and make most of training
