Drop cals quite low this week mainly from fats and finally let go of my beloved peanut butter really should have dropped while ago but so hard to
Cardio has been upped for these last two weeks just to grind it out hard and get in best shape of my life
Getting really excited for it can't wait
Watched pumping iron last night inspired me more than normal was posing myself all way lol
