these times may vary im working family man so gets fitted in when and this is just rough idea of daily food
also things like lemon in water to curb hunger and cups green tea other liitle things that help ie grapefruit juice in morning
workout
when say cardio most done in my garden or run with do my garden workout is like tyre flipping and basic circuit workouts much like what used to do many moons ago when done boxing training
mon - am fasted cardio pm chest and tri reps high weight not so high
tue -- back/bi
weds -- cardio and abs
thrs --delts traps
fri am fasted cardio pm legs
sat sun always family days or fishing lol
drugs
test e 500mg per week
tren e 400mg per week
clen week on week off but took couple weeks off as was on antibiotics shit it don't mix bad sides and mean bad so had to drop it only just started back up this week
that has been all so far
but plan is to ramp up little bit
I have t3 witch going to start maybe next week
also going to add for last 6 weeks test p and tren a 50mg or 75mg each 3 times week just booster will adjust to how feeling
also again 5 weeks out going to add var
also have Lasix for comp still need some research on this
also don't melotan2 for first time doing 250mcg mon tue weds now this is really tanning me well glad didn't listen to advice of someone who said need 500mcg every day to start think may even drop it to twice week
that's about it summed up in short this is not detail maybe should have done log but was bit stubborn about something
also due to me thinking maybe wont make it I have done no posing practice or not even come up with routeen (witch is unjudged but still want ot be good)
so going to start thinking about this now but have no money for coach so YOUTUBE will have to be my couch
