The obvious answer has to be see your doctor in case is an infection. But to my knowledge an infection would feel hot and is unlikely to get better by itself.

A mate of mine has a similar issue to this and it resolved itself after a week or so. Obviously wasn't an infection.

Your call mate. From what you're saying it doesn't sound horrendous though.
