I've never suffered from acne and it's highly unlikely I ever will now so this isn't personal experience, but vitamin A is supposed to be a good natural way to keep your skin healthy. And I'm all for natural if possible.

Carrots, sweet potatoes and red peppers and good old cod liver oli are some foods high in this vitamin.
