Have to agree with Eazy on this. To my mind cardio burns muscle and fat. It's very scientific to burn just fat when doing cardio. In fact anything more than walking pace will start to eat into muscle.
I prefer to do cardio when in fat burning mode and weight training when full of carbs. Never found doing the two back to back as being the best way.
I remember a Ronnie Coleman video where he weight trained first then slow walked for an hour afterwards. I presume that by the time he walked he was fairly depleted of stored glucose and that he restocked carbs and protein straight afterwards.
Mind you whatever he did he wasn't hampered by being normal
