Oh! Didn't realise it was so little. Don't know what to say really. I do better than that and I don't eat anything like as much as I should.
All I can say, if you are eating enough, is that maybe you should ease back on the training and rest more. I'm only saying that because it works for me. I'm older than most but I don't see why the same principle doesn't hold true for everyone .
I can see how frustrating it is though.
