I recommend that you split up the serving size otherwise you will just waste the calories if you take it in one serving. Each serving has 52 grams of protein, 86 grams of carbohydrates, and 600 calories.

I would rate this product an 8/10 because it is a good product, but I feel if you have a good diet then weight gainers are not necessary.
