I'm sure plain boiled chicken is better but I've done both that and effing tuna for years and and now I prefer to eat food I enjoy eating.

lamb and beef I get dirt cheap so I also eat quite bit all year
see im fan of cutting carbs when cutting so increase protein and fats to counter so fats never bother me at all
