My diet will pretty much stay the same, clean, but less of it.
I'm at maintance right now, I think. I'm not losing or gaining weight, although I'm getting stronger still, but it's slower.
I'm gonna start 250 calories below where I am now and ramp it down from there. 500mg a week of test to start, and the peptide is ghrp-6.
How long depends on how successful I am. If I go 500 calories in deficit, and after 8 weeks I'm at 10% body fat, roughly, then I may stop the cycle then and not use the tren.
But if after 5 weeks Im not seeing body fat go down, then I gonna drop more calories and probably maybe go stronger dose. If I have to go skin and bones to drop my belly fat, then I will.
But with the compounds I have on hand, it's my hope I won't have to do that.
