loosing a limb(s) is devastating, you must keep your head up and keep moving forward, dont let a disability stop you from reaching your goals... especially in the gym, doctors will tell you that you cant do this or you cant do that....well thats all bullshit, you can do ANYTHING you put your mind into. My doctor told me that I will never be able to get to where I use to be "muscle wise" with all my injuries that I have, that killed me and I was lost for a long time it put me into a deep depression for 4 years ....till one day I woke up and needed to see for myself if the doctor was right, I went to the gym and picked up a 30lb dumbbell with the hand that has the arthritis and tissue damage....NO PAIN at that second I knew it was ...GAME ON!! even though I cant hold a tight fist I can still hold the bars, next day I got my supps made my meals and like I said it was game on
. I went from 171lbs "skinny fat" to 200lbs and lost about 4" off my waist in about 6 months with no cardio. My next goal is to get out of my wheelchair and start to hit cardio so I can burn more fat and get a solid six pack for the summer
