You speaking of one of our sponsors. GBN? I've actually had some issues updating a ticket the last few days, so I'm not sure.
As for responding, I think they've been real busy over there.
This is the drawback of them building a positive name, everyone wants to use them, and then it's harder to keep the same standard of service. Happens to all successful businesses.
I recently placed a large order, which got split. One was shipped a week after the other and one has shown up but it's not at my house, so I haven't checked if everything is there. I will Thursday.
I have another two coming, as they split my ticket and I want to order more.
However, I've never gotten shorted on anything yet.
I'm sure they'll respond.
