I can't remember ever turning up to train (with weights) without knowing what I'm going to do. I might not always hit my target but at least I know what I'm aiming for.
I guess that when dementia finally sets in I might inadvertently spend an hour doing exactly the same exercise, though hopefully it'll at least be a different exercise from the last session
