Tren is different to test. If you keep estrogen under control, watch out for prolactin sides and keep your first cycle short and conservative you shouldn't really have any problems.

The point of using less test for those who want to be safer is that it will lessen the chances of estrogen and subsequent prolactin sides. Obviously advanced users who use higher doses of tren and test will take whatever meds they need to keep these sides under control.

My point about long term tren use is that long term studies on humans are pretty much non existent whereas test has been thoroughly studied.
