Yep sucks but your 100% right many times when you learn your body it's amazing how just a small change can bounce you right through it and back on track. I keep an online food journal and for work I always have a small digital recorder so when working and can't log my food and timing I just record it and log it in at night. Imo if you don't keep track of your food you'll never reach the potential you could. When I look back months to years of food intake it's crazy seeing all the discipline it takes to stay on track.
