From my experience I really would recommend the MOD GRF as well. Have to say that I’m a believer now. And I can't wait for the new year and new cycle.

cheers and will be keeping log too but sure put on some fat since last post/pics was prob at 10% ish now 18% ish as not been very good with diet and mince pies and ice cream have done me but cycle will be back to strick and clean
