The bottom line and it really is, is that it's calories in versus energy expended. No way round that. It's the tricks you perform to make it easier that help.

Add in your health, your muscle building ambitions or your fat loss needs and your preference for certain foods and that's where it gets complicated.

But . . . if you eat too much and you don't burn it off or turn it to muscle, you will get fat!
