Oh it's 100% real I took off for a while due to an injury and lost some definition but shit in no time it comes right back your body remembers its been there before if you've spent that time in the gym. If I stopped training for 6months I'd bet I could get back to where I was before the break in 3 months or less the body is amazing I learn something new about it each day.
