I cook on Sun.and wens. Nights Tupperware it all up for the week. If I know I'm gonna be jammed for time I put dry oats in the blender and turn oats to a powder add whey half water half milk natty peanut butter half a banana and done. Or I'll make oats the night before and over night it turns to like a pudding. As for the day in day out pain of eating like that I do the same sometimes just gulp it and chase down with water. I do try new recipes all the time I think that helps break it up but most of all my girl lives the lifestyle as well and that helps me a ton
