mmmmm chicken!!
gotta love chicken breast, ughh well not really , but you gotta do what you gotta do , 8oz protein and 1.5 cups of green beans, this is meal #5 and its 10:50pm still got 1 more meal...the next meal is the same as this meal (#5 ) also gotta get in my bedtime shake which is 60gms of iso protein, if I wake up in the middle of the night and its been 2.5-3hrs since I ate or longer then Ill have another shake and maybe a banana with couple fish oil caps
