just thought id see what people veiws on training are and what people like to do
by this i mean whats your splits
do you do full body or push pull legs maybe
how about lengh of time in gym
light or heavy wieght
low or high reps
how about twice week training for same muscle
is there overtraining or is it just under eating
be good to get everyones points of veiw on this
maybe you train some parts hight volume and others low volume
