No but probably worse Meathead. I woke up at 5am everyday to do 1hr cardio then drove 1hr to work, worked 8hrs. Drove back home 1hr, then off to gym to lift for 1hr plus another 1hr cardio. Then I had to go home and prep meals for my next day and was going to school online full-time and set aside at least an hr family time. It was stressful as I did this for the last 4 weeks before my competition. But like I have said anyone can tolerate it if they just look ahead to the goal and not think about the physical fortitude it takes.
