I know this is slightly off topic, but I'd just like to add that 'neat, unadulterated' saturated fat is different and acts differently to the saturated fat that comes hand in hand with these bad carbs.
I also despair the fact that so many people just can't see that saturated fat is not a bad thing to eat.
There have always been professors/doctors and other nutritional 'experts' who speak out at this society driven myth and fortunately recently there are a lot more joining them.

Even if you don't necessarily believe it, try to have an open mind and do your own research and see if you can't appreciate that nature's own food stores will always be better and healthier for us than man's efforts at trying to offer alternatives that basically offer to repair the damage caused and not prevent them.
