and problem is not everyone plays by the rules time off time on lol i could say ive spent more time on than off over the last year
but good cruise defo helps keep them gains lol

The plan you have advised makes a lot of sense. Because going off of cycle, you are trying to keep that muscle you just made, it only makes sense that going into a cut too soon would have a negative impact.

I want my next cut to be really good. I’m gonna nail the diet, and really lower by BF %, so much that during my next bulk, I can really amp up the caloric intake and not worry about putting on too much BF.
