i have found when didnt break and went from bulk to cut was pointless i would say time on plus pct for time off would be good start as thats got to be 3 months so good time to hold
i look at it as 6 months bulking then 3 month cut and 3 month staying lean thats the year filled this is mostly the plan but do sway off
like now bulking before normally would
and problem is not everyone plays by the rules time off time on lol i could say ive spent more time on than off over the last year
but good cruise defo helps keep them gains lol
