Pull ups (bodyweight) superset with dips til failure focused on arms the entire time
Close grip bench 135lbs 4x12
Superset
Single arm dumbbell curls 4x12
Single arm preacher curl 3x15
Superset
Rope tricep pushdowns 3x15
Long stretch session
And some light abbs
Gonna tighten up my diet now to make my training better.
