Is it the only veg that is a known diuretic? Blood pressure is absoluely one of the things I'd like to control the best I can.
I eat a lot of broccoli and carrots, maybe not what I'm supposed to, but a lot.
I also read that drinking a lot of water can help. I've always had to force myself to drink a lot of water.
