obv not everyone sticks to this

with food intake on a cycle
a standered way of looking at it is 40/40/20 so 40% carbs 40 % protiens and 20% fat
I would try eat two times your bodywieght of protiens and carbs and adjust from there
so 320 protien and 320 carbs and id start at 120 fats with there being 4 cals to protiens and carbs and 9 cals to fat then should tally up to over 3200cals
then can adjust from there if gain to much fat can reduce or if think not eating enough can increase
good way of not putting on to much fat would be to eat carbs during the day and none in the evening
good luck know one but you can learn how your body works
abv the cleaner the source of food he better
This is good advice. Start with this and adjust as necessary. We're all different. For example, only you will now whether too many carbs will turn straight to fat or not.
