Cheers mate, I'm asking because as usual there seem to be so many different ways to do things and I'm reading loads that running on cycle to prevent shut down is better than running after to kick start shut down.

Huge Tom has a bit on GBN about running 250iu to 500iu every 4 weeks and as I'm seriously considering using it next cycle I thought I'd tried it that way. But always like to hear from those with experience.

And I'm asking about the longevity because GBN sell it premixed and wasn't sure how long that would last.
