Seated cable row (close grip) 4x10
Lat pull down wide grip 4x10
Lat pull down close grip 3x10
Lat pull over 3x15-20 slow and controlled
Deadlifts from the floor 6x10 225lbs been months since I've done them loving that my strength and endurance is coming back after my injury.
