5x 20reps straight leg deads
5x 15 reps seated leg curl
3x15reps inner thigh
3x 15 reps outer thigh
6x10reps hack squats
4x 15 single leg leg press
Leg extensions didnt count sets or reps went till it hurt.
Calve raises standing 4x20reps
Superset with seated calves 4x20reps
Followed by a nice long stretch session and 15 mins of cardio to help with soreness
