bastards at the gym
today I went to hit legs, when I got there I started off with calves like I always do, once done it was time for quads, there was a old man about 65yo, I was just about to do leg presses and he jumped infront of me and loaded 6 plates and did one set of quarter reps, he then jumped on to the hack squat machine and loaded it with another 6 plates...same thing, he did this on the calve raise machine and the smith machine... so he was tying up 4 machines at the same time, this guy did one set each and then went upstairs and did cardio without racking the weights back, fuck this pissed me off, what would you guys do, would you tell him whats up and to rack all the weights back?? cause I needed those machines and I had to rack his shit back!! and im on tren so I was kinda bugging me all through my workout
