diet Actually this is almost always the same
Wrap with one scrambled egg, tomato, cheese, asparagus speers (2)
snack
hard boiled egg
lunch I was out so this was a Sonic junior deluxe cheeseburger
snack
granola bar
dinner
still had some leftover deer so, Deer, zucchini, squash, a little elbow pasta and tomato sauce.

Also 2 glasses of White Zinfandel ( I like Zinfandel)

supplements
2 mega men vitamins
1 cap taurine
1 can milkthisle
1 creatine drink

workout
Arms Drop sets curls sets starting at 100lbs ez bar dropping 5 lbs each failure to bottom out at 65 lbs
triceps cable push downs starting at 150 and dropping 10 pounds ( one plate) at failure until I get to 50 lbs

gear
nothing today

Good news, I went to a new doc today for shoulder checkup and he is renewing my script for testosterone cyp at 300mg a week ( ill adjust that) so a 10 mil vial at walmart pharmacy cost 8 bucks with my insurance
