Cardio day Since my schedule got a little off. I normally do cardio Saturday and Sunday but im off a day.

tuna fish sandwich

leftovers Deer and vegetable casserole with a small amount of pasta

roast beef sandwich

protein shake ( body force chocolate mixed with water not milk
workout
30 mins cardio in morning
1 hour cardio at night all on elliptical
gear
finished clen cycle
