one flour tortilla wrap to hold it all
lunch
2 hard boiled eggs
one small tomato
one half cucumber
1 teaspoon olive oil
dinner
tuna fish sandwich ( tuna. one egg, small green onion, one tblspoon mayo
workout
30 mins cardio
drop sets bench press 3 sets to failure , start at 165 and drop 5 lbs at each fail until im down to 135. bench is less due to shoulder injury recovery
30 mins cardio at night
