5gms l-glutamine (muscle-tech)

Just to add, if anyone is gonna try this out, I would suggest that you blend everything up together except the egg whites, leave that till the very end, why? cause if you blend it all together the egg whites will get frothy and will add TONS of bubbles to your shake, you dont want this as it will bloat you and give you gas, when you add the egg whites at the end just "mix" it for a second or two and your GTG, just a little tip, enjoy
