New food prep pics, Changed it up this time, also merged all gear, supp and food prep pics to this post
- 6oz of proteins
- 1 cup of white rice
- 3/4 cup of veggies in this case broccoli
This meal I eat every 3 hours at the moment, in between I have a shake ------>(4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, skim milk and water to desire thickness, 1 scoop nitro-tech and teaspoon almond butter)
when my bf% goes down to where Im happy at, I will be upping my proteins 1 oz every 3-4 weeks, veggies to 1 cup and rice to 1 cup, then Ill adjust it up or down accordingly
