oh as for my training in the gym, I am not able to follow my usually training splits yet as Im getting VERY sore for few days after so right now Im just training what ever muscles that aint sore, soon everything will fall into place and it will be back to normal
, Im not really counting reps, I just make sure I do 3-4 sets per exercise and 4 exercises per muscle group to failure (10-12 rep range).
