yesterday was a super hard day for me I was sooo fukin sore, so bloated and almost puked couple times trying to get my meals in, I went from eating maybe twice a day to eating 5 meals a day with 3 shakes, I was eating my lean ground turkey and just could not get it down.... so what did I do...LOL, I blended it up with water and downed it, OMG dont try that, so now I think im gonna make my meals a tad smaller and eat a few more times a day and see how that works, Im also gonna add in a cheat meal once a week, I shoulda eased my way into this diet, but thats too late now lol, will check back in a a day or two
